This workflow takes as input a file containing species occurrence points to create a model with the openModeller Web Service. Algorithm, environmental layers and mask are selected during the workflow. The model is tested (internal test and optional cross validation external test) and then projected one or more times. Workflow ENM SVM workflow used for optimization (1)

This workflow was used for the optimization of the SVM algorithm from the openModeller toolbox (http://openmodeller.sourceforge.net). The workflow uses 10-fold cross-validation and then calculates the average AUC, which can be used as fitness value during parameter optimization.

 This pack contains videos the show how to use various parts of the RapidMiner plugin for Taverna. The videos demonstrate how to build a Taverna workflow which collects a GEO dataset, uploads it to RapidAnalytics, trains a classifier on one half of the data and tests it on the other half. This classification process can be used to gauge how well mutant and control assays agree across experimental repeats.
