Annotation of Biological Resources Information

Introduction

Biological resources are an essential tools in biology. The goal of this project is the creation of a suite of workflows that can support annotation of the information on biological resources by automating access to and retrieval of data from biomedical databases that include information on resources included in collection.

Initial steps

Initially, we intend to concentrate efforts on developing workflows supporting update of the ICLC (Interlab Cell Line Collection) catalogue (see [ICLC site][1] and [CABRI site][2]).
