Group: CombiUgi

Introduction ------------

The [CombiUgi][1] project describes the following workflow:

• The generation of a combinatorial virtual library of molecules to
• The ranking of molecules in the library according to some interesting activity prediction via some algorithm
• The synthesis of the highest priority molecules
• The evaluation of the synthesized molecules by a relevant assay

So far, we've mainly used to Ugi reaction and the predicted inhibition of malarial enoyl reductase by docking.
