Group: NBCR CADD pipeline

The Computer Aided Drug Discovery Pipeline is prototyped using Vision and Opal web services. The CADD pipeline prototype is released as a Vision network, with the eventual goal of becoming a standalone product. The Opal services used in the CADD workflow may be accessed programmatically, or through the Opal Dashboard or other workflow clients such as Kepler. Other workflow environment such as Vistrails, Taverna that support standard SOAP based web services are expected to be compatible with the underlying Opal services.
