QSAR-model-aminoglycosides

The workflow build a QSAR model with LOO cross-validation for antibacterial activities of aminoglycosides structures using RDKit fingerprints and random forest. See [1] for details. Antibacterial activities were compiled from Setny et al, JCIM, 2009.
