Are you a user of the Galaxy open, web-based platform for data intensive biomedical research?
We've been working with the Galaxy team to develop support for myExperiment in the Galaxy interface. We're pleased to announce that this is now approaching release on the Galaxy public server during May 2012 (and will be available in the Galaxy release later in June-July).
We're looking for testers and people to help create Galaxy content on myExperiment - watch out for announcements, and please contact us if you're interested in being one of our testers. The contact for our Galaxy integration work is Finn Bacall at the University of Manchester, UK.
There is further integration work in the Netherlands Bioinformatics Centre (NBIC) between Galaxy and the Taverna workflow system, using myExperiment - this is called eGalaxy and it enacts Taverna workflows through Galaxy.
