Loops until an asynchronous openModeller Web Service job is finished, i.e., keeps calling getProgress until it returns 100 (completed), -2 (aborted) or -3 (cancelled). NOTE: this is a "low level" component that was created to be used by other existing components, so end users may never need to use it at all.
