Workflow select_algorithm_and_set_parameters (2)

Thumb
Displays an interface to select one of the algorithms and then another interface to set algorithm parameter values. Returns selected algorithm and parameter values as XML.

Workflow Bioclim workflow (6)

Thumb
This workflow takes as input a file containing species occurrence points to create a model with the openModeller Web Service using the Bioclim algorithm. Environmental layers and mask are selected during the workflow. Points are filtered so that only environmentally unique points are used to create the model. You can use this workflow to either filter a set of species occurrence points excluding redundant points with the same environmental conditions (you can get the result in the output "se...

Workflow select_matching_layers (5)

Thumb
Displays an interface where users can select matching layers (same variables) based on the labels of previously selected layers. This is typically needed when projecting a model into a different scenario, where the same variables selected for model creation need to be used on a different chronologic or geographic context. The interaction page may optionally include a label field.

Workflow configure_external_test (5)

Thumb
Displays an interface allowing configuration of external test. Currently can be used to skip external test or run a cross validation procedure. In the later case, it is possible to specify the number of replicates, if AUC should be calculated, if confusion matrix should be calculated (using either a fixed threshold or lpt - lowest precision threshold).

Workflow BioVeL ESW DIFF Basic (4)

Thumb
this workflow is a basic version of the ESW DIFF, it computes an raster diff from GeoTIFF or ERDASImagine files and some statistics about the files and their difference without to display country borders and occurence points. For more about the input and output files see the BioVeL PSW workflow description: http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/3647.html

Workflow loop_until_progress_complete (4)

Thumb
Loops until an asynchronous openModeller Web Service job is finished, i.e., keeps calling getProgress until it returns 100 (completed), -2 (aborted) or -3 (cancelled). NOTE: this is a "low level" component that was created to be used by other existing components, so end users may never need to use it at all.

Workflow BioVeL workshop reduced full workflow (1)

Thumb
The workflow is a reduced version of the main workflow. It can be used to call web services to support biodiversity research. It fetches data from GBIF. The occurrences are then used to create a model using OpenModeller, test the model and to project the model. The projection of the model is currently a "native projection" i.e. it uses the same layers as those used to create the model. The services within the workflow will allow non-native projections
