    does anyone know why the extra syntax is there in text (due to word 7 ?) and how I can remove it ?

    If you look at the SP entries in the wiki, you can see some of the data is already triplized. Example: http://wikiproteins.org/index.php/Concept:62861704 and an example triple from the user interface: "ARGJ_BRUSU" "gene product has molecular function" "amino-acid N-acetyltransferase activity"
