Since the elementary study am I interested in Spatial Planning and it’s practical tasks. In late summer 2004 I decided to deal with the management of Spatial Planning in the form of a dissertation. I write the thesis on the Institute of Place, Regional and Land Development / Spatial planning, which belongs to the Institute of Geography in the geosciences department of the University of Muenster.
Besides the scientific attendance of planning projects, am I interested in the "system" of Spatial Planning as well as in projects, researches and discussions which are led to management and governance of Spatial Planning. Primarily I look at the "management view" which is also topically discussed, for example in the aspects of participatory or effective coordination in Spatial Planning.
Moreover, I examine the sociology and "culture" of soccer fans by empirical and qualitative analysis.
