Additional Support for BioExtract Workflows

myExperiment now has additional support for uploading BioExtract Server workflows http://www.bioextract.org/help/brief_overview.html

Users can now do a "one click" upload of a BioExtract Server workflow and we will automatically detect it and extract the metadata and a preview image. There will also be a custom run option to allow users to directly execute these workflows on the BioExtract Server.
