Geneviève Cron, PhD, previously worked as a research engineer in computer sciences in the postal automation industry, in the OCR department. Her research interests included data fusion, fuzzy logic, evidence theory, pattern recognition and optimisation. Now at the BnF (French National Library), she works for the digitisation department, where she leads an OCR project and is involved in OCR-related research projects at internal (PhDs, OCR related research projects) , national (ANR) and European (Impact, Quaero) levels.
