Pack Gene_To_Pathway using Taverna and Vistrails

This pack contains a workflow that use Kegg web service to fetch the pathways that corresponds to a given gene id. The pack contains two versions of the workflow, one using the Taverna workbench and the second was designed using the Vistrails workflow system. As well as the workflows specifications, the pack contains the log of execution (in XML) of the Vistrails workflow and the provenance traces (in RDF) of the Taverna execution using the OPM and Janus formats.
