Workflow Choose - no title or message parameters (1)

Thumb
The split_string_into_string_list_by_regular_expression parses the string 'a,b,c,d,e' and outputs the list ['a','b','c','d','e']. The choose service displays a dialog with no title or message. The user is able to choose from the values ['a','b','c','d',e']. When the user presses OK the value the user chose is passed to the answer port of the choose service and so to the output of the workflow.

That confusion ultimately led to people accidently overdosing. Both molecules can be classified as 4-aminoquinolines, and both have anti-plasmodial activities, but they remain two different molecules with some different metabolites. This Isostere pack contains files where isosteric transforms have been generated from a variety of sources and equivalent chemical descriptors. For example one can generate a measure of CDK molecular complexity (branching and ring order add complexity) and then find fragments , frequently occurring R-groups or small molecules that have same value. This naturally leads to well known isosteres, amongst others.
